I have a February 2019 3008 GTLine and I am based in Cape Town, South Africa.
When I attempt a software or navigation update, I get the error “Version not compatible with hardware”. This does not make sense as I have downloaded the software from the sites that are listed by the My Peugeot app under the VEHICLE tab, that are specifically intended for my vehicle.
Can anybody shed some light on this issue?
I have asked my local dealer and Peugeot UK (developers of the My Peugeot App), and both have been unable to solve my problem. They both state that according to my VIN the updates should work.
