Hello again guys.

I have noticed my radiator fan it always on whilst driving... even when the cars cold (i think). Certainly, on some short journeys as well, I switch the car off but here the fan running down. It never carries on and I have never let the car overheat in traffic.

The first time I noticed, I was kind of worried. I had a 306 hdi before and I'd hear exactly the same sound of the fan running down when switching the car off but ONLY when the aircon was on. The aircon in my 307 isnt working so I never switch it on, but still, it sounds like the same sound exactly!

Im just a little concerned that I may burn the motor out quick if its not supposed to be on all the time, and I havent known a car's fan to be on as much as this...

...or perhaps its common??

Nope, sounds like your relay is not clicking off.

Behind the front grill you'll find the wiring. Give all that a really good clean and spray with contact cleaner.

I had the same problem on mine, and everything was fine after I cleaned the wiring.
