On the bottom right of the screen you will see TMC if it hasn't been setup, If it has you will see TomTom Live bottom right. It does take a couple of minutes to appear when you first start the car.

Mine says TomTom Traffic and when there is no signal there is no notification bottom right. Is this correct or do I need the PDF from Lee?

After further reading I presume 'Live' was a typo so assume my system is working as it should.

Yours is fine Dautres, its when TMC is seen bottom right it isn't connected. I have noticed mine doesn't say anything sometimes usually when I first get in the car for up to 2 minutes while it is connecting.
