Hi,i have RXH(2014) and I have a problem with hybrid drive.Sometimes it works normally and sometimes just diesel engine.The last couple of times i need to unplug the battery to start the engine later.I was in services but they see nothing,they update the software and problem is still here.

Had something similare on my 13 pre facelift, ended up being the fuse box on top of the battery that was faulty and not sending the wake up signal to the rest of the car, also been told a failing batter can cause similare problems, how's your battery?

When it's regenerating FAP it won't use hybrid mode only diesel... Also when it's low in fuel and/or air conditioner on, this will happen.
