Hi all,

After owning my 307sw for 5 months, and realizing it is the most uncomfortable vehicle i have ever had to sit in! The seats do not offer any kind of lumbar support. I have tried all kinds of cushions and back supports, but i've had no luck.
It's come down to either selling the car or replacing the front seats.
I was in the scrap yard the other day measuring car seats to see if i could find a match for the fixing point bolt holes. But i had no luck.
The closest match was the Mondeo, but the rails were not long enough.

Has anybody out there changed the front seats in a 307sw successfully?
Does anybody know of another vehicle that shares the same floor pan as the 307sw?
Can anyone suggest a universal seat rail adapter?
Is their a database of vehicle floor pan measurements, that shows fixing points for seats that i could use.

Any help is mush appreciated!

Just get better seats from another 307.
The seats in our 307 are lovely - pretty sure there's some kind of lumbar support. They're comfy either way.

I thought all car seats had lumbar support these days...

even my T Reg Vectra LS (basic/poverty/pikey spec) had lumbar support

I don't think you will find a comprehensive database with details of floorplan/fixing points for all vehicles
