Replacement Key for 307

Hi, has anyone had a problem getting a replacement key from Peugeot? I went to the dealer with all the paperwork and ordered the key, the dealer said it could take up to 10 days and yet 21 days later they are saying Peugeot still haven't delivered the key to the UK and they have no idea when it is going to arrive. Has anyone had a similar problem?

did you sort this problem for the other car you have or is this just that your impatient and post multiple times
