Anyone got any advice for me? I'm trying to change the radio but just can not get the bloody power cables (pictured below by somebody else)

Out of the back of the radio? I've squeeze the lever but there is absolutely no way to get any sort of grip? I'm trying to get nails beneath but actually tore one, I've tried a screwdriver and that just broke the bloody plastic frame around the lever and the clip on the back. Is there any way to remove these? I'm on the verge of having to pull the wires from the harness and just have to rewire a new connector on the end

These are just standard radio plugs its not hard to get them out !

They are tight instead of pushing the top of the tab in use a flat blade screwdriver against the edge of the tab where it locks and push it inwards before pulling the plug out

My last car had these ISO connectors and were a pain to remove. I had to use the method as described by reliable406 to get them out. Use a small terminal screwdriver that fits into the slot for the locking tab to get the best results.
