Hi guys, I'll be buying some component speakers to install in my 307 soon but am wondering how I remove the upper part of the dash so I can gain access to the tweeters and find somewhere behind there to hide the crossovers?

Also it seems that the clips holding the door cards on break when you try to remove it, are these cheap from the dealers?

I used a guitar pick to lift the grills up on the tweeters. Not sure price of clips from dealers, cheap enough on ebay.

Door clips are cheap enough from ebay or amazon. As pr1vatepiles says, just lever them out with a thin piece of plastic. What crossovers are you trying to hide? From memory, the original tweeters just utilise a capacitor to block the low frequencies and don't use a full blown crossover.

There's not much room for crossovers the only place is by the head unit the speaker
Wiring on a 307 is a mess each front speaker has 2 wires into 1 channel and they don't line up
With the diagram in the Haynes manual the alpine scan
Be fitted with just connecting to the wires by the existing tweeters
