Recall due to AC-compressor

Just got a letter from Peugot today that my e-208 picked up in April 2022 and manufactured in December 2021 needs a recall.

They called it a "campaign" with the code MF9. It's a software update that is needed for the engine control and is related to the AC-compressor somehow.
I called my dealer and they said I just need to come in for a software update that should take 30min.

Anyone else got this?

Hi all.

My two cents from me and my colleague's experience with both owning a 2020 and 2021 e-208 model, respectively. Both the AC compressors have failed after the 2-year warranty, and Peugeot Denmark have rejected both claims as the service intervals have been off by some kilometers in certain issues, or not having been done within the actual month of turning e.g. 1 or 2 years old, but the month after.
We've been quoted between 19.000 - 24.000 Kr. DKK (2.500-3.200 €), and are understandably very disappointed. Honestly, how would any service done 1k kilometers or 1 month later have any effect on the AC compressor breaking down and failing?

If you have had issues with your car, I'd love to hear from you here and/or in our FB group.

We've also added a bit of "text flair" (in Danish) to our own cars' sidepanels to warn others of Peugeots craftmanship and handling :)

Hi. I have corsa-e from 2020, same plataform as 208-e. My experience with it is not good, last year the car was blocked on ready, and didnt do to D or R, and went in to traction fault. This fault was caused by transmission finger actuator, stellantis assumes 50% of the repair, witch have me a total cost of 180Eur. Also the dealer Update the software. Unfortenelly, last month after I turn off the car the fan starts and an clicking noise from compressor comes in. After less than 5minutes it stop. Last week, the fan and clicking noises stopped when I close the car. I also notice that I dont have cold air. Does this means that aircon compressor is broken? Is there a service bulletin to check it? Thanks in advance.
