Is it hard to get the rear crankshaft seal out, replace it with a new one, the same time as i replace the flywheel? Some special tools, to not destroy it?
And is there any bearings in the middle of the crank, to support the input shaft of the gearbox? Have looked in service box but not seen any?

Thanks

If you got the 2.0 HDi it does not have any bearing to centralize input shaft in crank. It's just a hole there where the input shaft can enter with slightly clearance if I remember right.

Just take flywheel off, get old seal out and put new seal in place.
Not sure how easy it is to get the seal in place as I always have been unbolting the outer crank journal the times I've changed that seal.
