Hi all,
Does anyone have any instructions on removing and installing the water bottle on rcz 2010 as I have a leak I’ve just noticed on my drive

Thanks.

Due to remembering your previous post http://www.peugeotforums.com/forums/rcz-78/rcz-front-body-height-sensor-320233/ i remember your engine is an 2.0hdi so dont need to ask that :)

I take it you mean the coolant expansion bottle????

cant find any instructions on servicebox which says to me it must be fairly straightforward ..

looking at the part it looks like the whole bottle sits on the insert(part 3 in pic) which is probably on the suspension strut or inner wing and is held on by only the one bolt (part number 70 in pic).
so should just be a case of removing anything you have to ,to gain access to the bottle and the mounting bolt, remove any wiring from the bottle, remove the bolt, disconnect hoses from the bottle and it should just pull out of the insert

I'd take the wheel off, for the 2 minutes it would take.
I assume you know about the jacking points being made out of papier-mâché?

If you can't bodge it out like I mentioned through the wheel arch, I'd be leaving it.
Mine leaks if I over fill it. So I don't over fill it.
