So many potential causes, not to mention potential failure of secondary items causing the first item to misbehave and throw up a fault which can be very misleading. Really need to wait and see until the codes are read with the proper gear.

Could it be if a have a doadgy battery could be throwing those codes up and making. It sound horribleI would clear all the codes and see which ones return most could be related to poor priming when changing the fuel filter and they could result in you chasing your tail trying to find the fault.
I have heard of everything from a fault fuse box, broken wire , corroded wiring or faulty crank sensor being common causes of similar faults
The same code is showing up once cleared got my own obd scanner and the same code came up that the garage found they don't know the causeI would clear all the codes and see which ones return most could be related to poor priming when changing the fuel filter and they could result in you chasing your tail trying to find the fault.

Ok thanks il get a kit and see if my dad will do it any idea we're the fuel pressure regulator isI would do a leak off test next as there is a chance an injector is leaking and dropping fuel pressure.
A second check would be fuel pressure regulator on the pump the o-ring can fail or wear causing it to stick
