Hy Everybody

I am new on the forum and i having a nightmare in the last days with diagbox.
I have bought from ebay the PP2000 / Lexia 3 For Citroen Peugeot Diagnostic Tool Diagbox 7.82 963830C/4.3.3V and i have encounter the following problems:

a) first i can only install the updates till 7.74
b) secondly when i connect the above cable it lights up the green light but no answer from the pc.
c) third i have install the drivers and netframework 3,5
d) the PSA interface checker doesn´t work either means doesn´t find any version
e) i have work with windows xp sp3 and windows 7 32 bits both OS return the same problems.

Do appreciate your help

are you working on virtual machine or dedicated laptop with xp?

You dont need to update to the latest and planet is better for the age of the van

The first version on the cd will work fine the updates cause problems and are definately not needed for anything older than 2010

thanks once again for the reply. Tomorrow i will install again the first one which is the 7.01 to 7.57. Do you think it will work? I have my doubts as i don´t see the drivers install on the system device manager although i have install them several times. do appreciate your help

7.02 is what i use and never felt the need to update only car it failed to connect to was 2016 berlingo done 2012 expert van fine.

The instructions for installing must be followed properly i had trouble installing mine originally but it will work its not the updating that will make it work if it does not work with the base version thats where the problem is dont bother with updates till you get it working.

+1 to what reliable406 said, you need to ensure the installation procedure is followed precisely, or you will struggle to get everything up and running.

You might have to uninstall as much of the software as possible, as well as the drivers, and start from scratch. Make sure you don't plug the interface in until either the install package tells you or until you're ready to plug into the car.

v7.02 never worked for me on my XP Pro, I had to update to v7.44, which works a treat for me.
