Hi
How do I go about priming a diesel filter. I bought a delphi HDF939 filter.

Can't post links but ebay number 132220054820

I can't open it up in anyway to see how much fuel id have put into it, was going to try and use the ignition to prime it but again I wouldnt be able to see how much ive added.

There is the priming pump on top of the engine, but I've always used a standard priming pump attached to the filter to pump line over by the cam belt cover. That way you know you have a good prime with the added bonus of minimal air getting to the hpp when you do crank it.
