I placed an order for a new 3008 allure 1.2 auto on the 02/02/17.
Since placing the order I have received no communication from them and have to contact them every time I want any info. When I placed the order was told 6/8 weeks delivery. On contacting them again was told car built and delivery mid April.Contacted again last week and now told now by salesman has know idea when car will be there.I find it very hard to believe in this day and age they cannot supply you with correct information.Really feel like canceling the order but don't want start all over again.Very unhappy Peugeot customer.

Im sorry but it's now time for you to start showing them that you've had enough Mike. I ordered my Allure 1.2 Auto on the 27th January, 6 days before you, and mine was built on the 21st March, arrived at the compound on 9th April and delivered to the dealers on 12 April. I should have picked it up on the 18th April but due to it getting vandalised between the dates of delivery and collection at the dealers I'm now not getting it until 3rd May. Based on those timescales you should have received your car a week ago, at least.

Unfortunately those who trust their dealers to follow up deliveries without pestering them seem to get taken advantage of. I contact my dealer every other day and tell him that I'm sorry to be a pest (I'm not in the slightest bit sorry tbh) but where's my car. They know when your car is due to be built and they know when it's on it's way. My car was delivered 3 weeks and 1 day after it was built so if you could at least get a build date, you'd have some idea of delivery dates.

Elsewhere on this forum are the details of email addresses of the higher management within Peugeot so I think that it's time you started ruffling a few feathers....and make sure you tell your dealer that's what you intend doing. Also make sure you kee calling in as it's more difficult to fob you off when you're stood in front of them.

Have just sent emails to David Peel and Peugeot customers service.Fingers crossed I get some info back and my new car.
Mike join the band of unhappy Peugeot customers. The problem most of us recognise is that the dealers are not in the loop when it comes to build dates and phone calls to Peugeot customer service fall on deaf ears. Like you I emailed David Peel detailing false build dates I'd been given and non returned phone calls and emails and said it was a pity the appeal of the 3008 was being marred by the extremely poor service Peugeot was meting out to us. It did the trick and my car is finally in transit but why do we have to put up with it?
Good luck and keep us informed.

Just received email from Peugeot customer services stating will update me asap.So still none the wiser.Happy days.
Mike what you're going through is absolute nonsense. In this day of advanced technology there is no reason why they can't tell you now. Direct a specific question to David Peel ([email protected]) the dealer and customer services "when did the factory receive the order?" And demand an immediate answer. It strikes me your order has been either delayed or lost and you are entitled to know what's happening.

Good luck
