Hi, I've fixed a few small issues on the old camper i bought in June but i cannot fathom how to stop water getting on the battery and tray. The battery is very close to the drivers side wing and i think that each downpour is shortening out the battery. I've put a new battery in to ensure it wasn't down to an old battery. Anyone else had similar issues- if so how resolved? Can't gamble withthis fault when out on me hols! Cheers

Plus get the battery top scrupulously clean. Pure rainwater won't conduct electricity. It's when it picks up the dirt that things go wrong.
