Any help would be greatly appreciated otherwise it will have to go to the local garage to get this fault resolved. The drivers seat is electric and the forward and backward movement still functions also the rake of the seat electrics still work it is only the up and down function that is failing. not sure what the problem is could it be a fuse, we are presuming that because the other seat functions still work the motor is still ok but we obviously could be wrong. annoyingly we rarely raise the seat up and down anyway but was showing a friend new to the car how all the buttons work and the seat stopped working in the raised position it would help to know how to lower the seat manually if we cannot sort out the electrical problem thank you for reading this plea for help

Sold our 807 last year so have not got the handbook. Does your handbook confirm only 1 fuse for the motorised seat? If so I think you are right, it can't be the fuse, you will have to carefully disconnect & unbolt the seat to work out why it has stuck. Suspect it has jammed at the end of its height travel.

Yes you are right there is only a single fuse to power seat. Could also be fault in control unit if it has memory seat as they are a bit fragile.
