Bought a peugeot 807 none runner, many various faults.
had dpf and cat cleaned , new cam sensor crank sensor, new glow plugs as relay was stuck so chance they were fried. fitted new glow relay as well.
checked cam sensor and is in sync, so pp says.
pp is showing faults on additive system, pump fault injector fault and low additive, there is about 5ooml of it in the additive tank, pp saying only 260gramms.
Turns over ,maybe not as fast as i would expect though, .
Alas the damn thing will not start, checked fuel to injectors and fuel is there, .
any ideas or further checks i may need to do , feel free to advise.
But as far as i am aware should still start even with additive fault.
thanks in advance.

Its non runner not none runner :)

You cannot check fuel to injectors as if you open the pipes the ecu shuts down

You need to check fuel pressure in live data using planet

You have planet so you should be able to figure it out

1 have you checked the key is coded
2 what are the readings in live data while cranking for the following
cam and crank sync
cranking speed
fuel pressure

Those 3 things need to be right for it to start everything else is just gravy

80k miles is usually when the belts break has it possibly had a new one but the rockers are all broken !

Dont open injectors it just causes more grief as it can then cause low pressure you never had to start with and what you say you done tells you nothing you can have fuel there but still no pressure.

Key needs checked FIRST well documented on here.
