hi guys

i have serviced my 406 1.9 lx diesel 1998 R reg
but i can't find the fuel filter anywhere first diesel car i have had
can somebody please tell me where it is located

I am not completely sure on this engine. Typically, the later 1.9L diesels had the fuel filter on top of the thermostat housing. A black cylinder with 4 screws hex key screws holding the top of the filter housing in place.

Follow the diesel lines from the primer to the fuel pump. It should be somewhere in the middle.
