hi could you please help..had the car 7 weeks

(1) every morning when i startup i have to wait 30 maybe 45 sec's before the breaks peddle go's down then i can use my breaks

(2) once in a while when driving the car starts juddering bad .dont matter if its 20 mile an hour or 50 mile an hour ..judders for like 15 sec's ..any help please

What is a "breaks peddle" must find out that dictionary from the cupboard, you must mean a "brake pedal"

I would advise you get the brake master cylinder looked at ASAP. This it not something I would advise you to do yourself as the breaks will need bleeding after. If your lucky it could be just an air lock.
