Peugeot 307 RD3 - How to modify the CD Changer input to connect to my MP3 player?

Hi all, i'm new here, i've got myself an 2003 307xs, I'm wondering how do I connect my MP3 player to the CD Changer on the original RD3 player, I've read it somewhere that it can be done by just connecting a few wires...
Anyone have any input to this? A million thanks in advance
