Hi All,
after our toddler was climbing in and out of the front and back seats over the armrests the front passenger armrest broke (completely unsurprised, only surprise is that it didnt happen sooner!).
The armrest kind of fell out and some plastic parts of the actual armrest bracket have been snapped off. We are attempting to super glue the plastic pieces together.
2 questions:
1. Has anyone been successful at putting a leather arm rest back into the bracket in the seat? And if so, how does one do such a thing??
2. Is it possible to purchase an armrest bracket without the whole armrest? And if so, where do we purchase from? (a parts supplier?)
We are located not far from Melbourne so can easily get to Melbourne for parts etc if anyone can recommend somewhere.

Cheers.

I doubt you'll have much success with super glue. The only thinks that the stuff actually works on is sticking fingers to other fingers or anything else and sticking bare behinds to lavatory seats. Generally, when plastic parts get broken the only recourse is to rplace them. Maybe you could pick one up from a breakers yard (I would expect you have those in Oz) but they might be inclined to want to sell the whole seat rather than just the arm rest.

What about super super glue its 100% stronger :)

The plastic part may be available on its own my reason for thinking this is that not all have the armrests but all seats seem to have the holes so it may be a dealer fit option meaning some form of fitting kit would be available.
