Please help if you can,
re 307 1.6 HDi, 2007 model
My car's intake air does not work and is causing steam/mist when it rains or more than one people in the car, gets worse in cold weather. I think this is due to air recirculation flap being stuck to recirculation mode and does not allow any fresh air in. Please advice where and how to get to this motor/flap. I can live with this stuck to non-recirculation mode at all time. Please note there are no leaks or any loss in water levels, which might cause misty windows. Thanks for help in advance.

if you take the little panel off beneath the steering wheel you should be able to see the flap and the tube. you may be able to look up without taking it off. the panel only unclips anyway
