Hi, I am owner of Peugeot 307 2.0 HDI 90 hp, I bought it 2 months ago.

I have problem with consumption, about 11 litres per 100 km.

Few days ago I bought Delphi diagnostic tool, and this is what I checked :

injectors without throttle

Errors on engine

MAF status - measured value is much higher

injectors with throttle about 2500 rpm

My qouestion is , are my injectors ok, or I need to replace them??

I was thinking about replacing MAF first??

unplug it and see it will run in a default mode.

the reference point on your diagnostics for the air flow seems very low might just be the tool as im sure 400-500 is correct

I had issues with power on my 2.0 hdi, so I had the ECU diagnosed, the MAF was diagnosed as ok. I decided to have a little fiddle with the airways, removed the MAF sensor on Sunday and it was clogged with oil and carbon, so I gave it a bit of a flush out with a solvent aerosol cleaner, refitted it and now the engine has much more power and the turbo (which was almost non existent before) is working a dream.
