I have a Peugeot 207 that when it's cold it's struggles with pulling away. So it starts to pull away then judders almost feeling like it's about to stall then Caries on pulling away.

Over summer the problem vertually stopped but now it's cold again it can do it from anywhere to about 20 mins of driving.
It's just had new front breaks + oil + filter change and air filter so it's non of them

I'm just wondering if there are any common faults that could cause this.

Did you run diagnostics ?

It might also help to post the engine designation and the manufacture year of the vehicle.

It could be the glow plugs if the engine is not warm then power can be reduced which can cause juddering. Also condensation on the clutch on cold nights could cause it, or simply bedding it in wrong.

Every car I have had with a judder has been engine mounts related, it could be the rubber is shrinking on cold nights causing extra movement which can cause juddering as well.
