Thank you, Xlineiain, it does need an additive. The warning light just came on. I shall have to contact a Peugeot Dealer it looks like. Thanks anyway.

The stuff you need is eolys and there are two types. You must get the right type.

It's also pretty nasty stuff; take the hazard guidance seriously.

It's pretty pricey too. No need to get ripped off by Peugeot though. An independent shouldn't have any trouble doing the work, but you'll need PP2k to reset the counters.

Dear RWB, Thanks for your reply. I have tried my local independents and no one does it. So ,unfortunately, as i don't have a garage and i don't fancy working out in the rain, it's a dealer job. I have already arranged a Bank Loan. £50.00 per litre!!!!!!!!. Thanks anyway. dragon nose.

Hi guys. Im looking forward to top up DPF fluid. It could be silly but more I read then less I know. I am confused which DPF fluid should I use for 407 1.6 2004.
