Drive a 307SW from 2004, has only done 50000km. Has an oil leak on the right side of the 2.0 liter petrol engine (EW10J4). Took off the coolant housing today and found that the leak comes from a spot not covered by any gasket, see below picture. At the dealer they showed me another engine and the hole circled on below picture had a ball bearing in there, mine doesn't have a bearing, it just looks like a plugged hole. Is this plug removable and changeable? If so how? Anybody has other suggestions to cover this leak? Liquid gasket will not work as the coolant housing will not cover the hole....
New head is just out of the question.....
