I went for Quartz 9000 5W-40 on the advice of the Peugeot service log book. There is a page which states that certain types of oil are not recommended for us on HDI engines with FAP. I can't remember off the top of my head but will check tomorrow.

Sorry for the double post, but I thought I should add that the generic Peugeot oil drain seal does NOT fit on my 2006 RHR 136 engine - see the picture below. The thinner one is the correct one, the thicker is the general pug one.

Not sure if my car has a weird drain plug, so YMMV
