I done a full post on it , trued everythunk replaced the pump and know need a full reset , me and dad can not get the back shelf to pop up when it sits in the bot ? Can u help please

The car has new pimp done and know i can nit get the back parcel shelf popup to put the screen in the bot , i can here the motor only when car roof open all needs a full reset , the roof not working becouse need full reset
