Hi all, I've just removed the RT3 sat nav because it was bricked and i'm replacing it with a pioneer stereo.

I have the connect 2 patch cable for the stereo to get the steering remote working etc, But I don't know how to get the MPG etc to still be displayed.

I don't think the RT3 sat nav screen can be used period so thought about buying a monocrome display to replace it. But the connections are different and i've read that it may not work anyway.

Anyone have a clue on this?

If you did manage to fit the mono screen you would need PP2000 to change the display type. It will be programmed for the (probably) large colour satnav screen and needs to be set to the correct type.

Yeah, thats what I thought. Is that a simple thing to do? The wiring for the Nav screen is different too. It goes from the BSI to the head unit then to the screen. Could I patch the cables that are there?

Also is there deffo no way to get the nav screen to display it?

Cheers
