Hello

I have just got a 2002 307 1.6 petrol, when we test drove it it was fine, but when i went to collect he needed to jump it to start,it was ok the day after.i have tried it everyday since,i jumped it the other day and had it running for around 20 mins including a drive around the block,is this enough to keep the charge ? as i have come to it next day and it is dead :( as far as i know there is nothing left on in the car. would you say this is the battery or could it be something else ?
If i need to change the battery do i still need to do the bsi thing even though the battery is already dead ? and how do i get the casing off please ?

You can't user or charge a battery forever. They have a limited life.

Just put on a fresh one if you can't be sure of it's age. And the slightest drop of voltage will cause odd electrical problems.

They're not dear at Euro Car Parts.
