Lucky you

I didn't know this was even possible.

Sell it in 5 years with extra-low milage.

Are you still getting the speedo clock? - or is everything dead?

There was a fault on some instrument clusters where all or some of the gauges give up due to a chip blowing - which itself was an overheating problem.

The quick answer is to get hold of another binnacle - unplug yours and plug it in.
If you went to a garage - this is what they would try anyway.

Most salvage yards will offer a receipt and will accept a return if it gives no improvement.
The other source is online where a few specialist companies do repairs on them. Often you get a discount if you return yours later.

If there is no improvement - it must be the other end - the sensor, or the cabling inbetween.

This can be checked on a rolling road with diagnostics - even if it doesn't display it on your instruments.
