hi all checked a local guys car today

results are as followed

- pre heating relay stuck

- pre heating relay open

- turbo pressure too low

- particulate filter overloaded

- filter blocked

the top intercooler pipe is split which needs to be replaced.

the guy reckons hes cleaned the filter out but comes up unblock diesel filter

am i right in saying the pre heating relay open is something to do with the glow plugs.

does this mean the car cant regen properly?

i went through all the options but couldnt find the bit where it says when it last had a regen? can anyone help as i couldnt find it

the fuel cap shows as present and it shows minimum fluid levels havent been reached

Failed glowplugs are the root of your problem. Looks lile they are failed for a long time thus turbo too low fault. The dpf is blocked or near blocked.

I'd also have a look at the condition of the heater relay. Its on the front of the battery box and the electrical connections all point down and are exposed to the elements. It could be a corroded or dirt encrusted electrical wire causing that relay issue.
