Hello, I have a 308 SW GT that was manufactured Jan 2019.
Is there a way to update the navigation on it?

According to the dealer, he said "he think that it must be done by Peugeot during service".

Sounds stupid to me, but then I checked in the Peugeot app for Android that is linked to my car and there is a function in there to update navigation, but when I press it it says there are no updates to your car.

How often do updates come? If it's often maybe the salesman was right?

You can check if there's an update available via https://www.peugeot.co.uk/servicing/map-system-updates/ , by putting in your VIN. There was a recent update, which I have downloaded but haven't tried installing yet.

Thank you! I have searched and found other sites where I can enter VIN-number, but it could not find anything on my VIN. Not could I select as new model of 308 SW GT as I have either, but this site worked fine :)

One more question about the update. I guess the map updates is international right and not tied to any language?

Yes it's international. You have a newer version of the head up unit, so I can't be sure. But for the older SMEG based units (pre-facelift, I just download the maps onto a USB stick, and choose the countries/regions to update and let the update run in the car. Actually really nice that's user-doable but again, I don't know how the newer verisons work.

Try jumping off from here : https://www.peugeot.fr/mise-a-jour-cartographie-gps.html
