Assuming you have a right hand drive car look under the glove box and you will see a bar that comes from the drivers side. As you press the brake this bar moves and presses the brake switch. I think the brake switch on my 110bhp was the red one, there may be a white switch next to it which I believe is the cruise control.
I may have my colours mixed up, someone should be able to confirm.
Don`t start firing parts at this car , some of those fault codes could be Bogus faults ,
you need all faults cleared then drive the car then reread fault codes ,then you can start worrying about parts.

Hi, we just bought a Peugeot 307 2.0. It had a "tapping" noise. We now replaced the hydraulic lifters. However it is now still making this noise, even though it's a little quieter now. Any suggestions on how to get the "tapping" noise gone?
I've got an 04 reg 307 with automatic climate control. Due to the poor design of the larger of the two electrical connectors (it cannot take the current) it is forever burning out. I've got by up to now by getting 'new' plugs from breakers yards but that source is drying up.
