well after lots of months of behaving itself the expert decided to blow fuel everywhere again tonight on the way home.
The leak off pipe had come off from the tranfer block to return line and fuel filter.
Now this is the 3rd time in 2 years that it has blown a bleed off/ leak off pipe off its connector.
Now I'm wondering if I have injector problems causing the pipes to be under too much pressure OR are the pipes supposed to be clamped in place. Now all cable tied but worried that there is an underlying problem with the injectors by-passing to much fuel and over pressurising the leak off system.
Any ideas on this anyone?

get it hooked up to planet mate and do a live data capture on the injectors to see what pressure they pushing out.

either that or a blockage in the pipe, causing a buildup to push pipe off.

mind you on my focus i had a small snag of the injectors blowing off the pipes....I replaced the whole section for £60 and had to rebend the small U pins to make it a really tight fit to stop them blowing off any more...i think i spilt more diesel across the tyne bridge then the car has ever used

I know that felling John, had to drive along the same route today and my trail is about 1.5 miles and a foot wide where I had my foot down.
No problems with the leak off over the injectors them selves just the pipe from there to the block . Checked out the return pipes today and all seam clear so will save up and get the injectors tested.
