I've just spotted that there are a couple of updates available for my car. Just wondering if anyone has already installed them and if so is it worth the hassle to do it?

I've done one in the past and I know that it takes a while but sometimes the updates don't amount to much and aren't worth the time it takes.

You will never really know if worthwhile or not. The TS updates are bug fixes but they never supply change notices so you won’t know if your car was affected. I was told there was a change scheduled last October that fixed some of the missing journeys from MyPeugeot app which had been delayed so I hope it is included in this one. Update takes about half an hour. Mapping updates take about an hour and whether you’ll notice any difference depends on if you are affected by one of the map changes.

I noticed this morning I have it but I haven’t installed it yet. I’m hoping one day they will let us use the full screen for CarPlay and android auto without the unnecessarily large bars either side of the 10” screen taking up half the screen real estate but I don’t think that will ever happen.

Did our e2008 USB firmware update this morning - 30 minutes in the car for it to install, tapping the brakes to keep the motor running!

Was on Version: 43.04.27.52_NAC-r0 Dated 21-01-2022
Now on Version: 44.06.44.22_NAC-r0 Dated 14-12-2022

No available map updates it seems since 4-08-2022

Only difference I can see is new FM logos for the radio (Radio1, 2, 3, 4 plus local BBC radio logos).
