Latest Touchscreen update might solve MONO issue

I just installed the latest update (I didn't catch the version number).
And I restarted the car, the temp control responded first time, no need to switch mono off then on again.
After 4 more shutdowns and restarts, it is still working properly.
It took them long enough to schedule that fix in.

I installed the update yesterday, locked the car and started it again a couple of minutes later and Mono still didn't work for me. I haven't tried it since but if it's working for you then I'll try it again but I can't see it working if it didn't yesterday.
Oh, that’s a bummer!

I just check MyPeugeot app but no update.. they must be updating it in batches..

What's the mono aircon issue? Is it when you are not able to change the temperature on both sides simultaneously?
No update yet for me either. I agree they may be issuing them in batches to reduce load on their servers as these are notoriously slow due to demand. I can wait and hopefully read comments from the early adopters.

My quick fix was to disconnect/reconnect my laptop to my wifi and the error disappeared, I have no idea why.
It is usually due to very slow servers at the Peugeot end due to high demand. Seems to be like it every time there is an update now. Best to leave it a few days then try it again. Be prepared for a very slow download when you do get past the error. I usually do it overnight.

Well it was the fastest download I've done, just under 90 minutes from launching Peugeot Update to completing the update in the car, it surprised me how quick it was, if you can call 90 minutes quick!
That was good then. However it is only a TouchScreen update as I understand it, probably in the region of 7 or 8GB. The map updates are around 15Gb and there is a url to get them from TomTom, but I would think the TS updates would have to come from Pug.

OK so downloaded the Peugeot App on PC. Added the vehicle (correct VIN) when I go to download, I get the following error:

"An error occured while retrieving update data. Please check you connection settings"

I have checked everything, it's fine.. PC is deffo connected, correct VIN so only assume thier servers are down.

Has anyone else experienced the same issue?

Please advise

PS. The mobile app wasn't showing any notification. I cleared the cache and data on the app and it now shows there is an update due.
I don’t believe you have done anything wrong, but the problem is at their end, not yours. The error message is very misleading.

Cheers Templex..

This is the touchscreen update only..

what is the latest version of the maps? just so I can check if I need to update the maps or not.
I last updated my 508 and my wife’s 208 to the same mapping version inMarch of this year to V9.0.0-r0 (these are Wave 4 systems).
I believe this latest touch screen update as mentioned by someone with a 2008 is version 42.03.33.42 which is also a Wave 4 system. As said earlier I haven’t seen an update alert for ours yet, but expect it will be the same, but not 100% sure as they are different vehicles.
