Hi all, looks like my Expert had a piston that gave up and put itself through the cyclinder head (was down to 3 cyclinders then it went bang in the mechanics garage), my engine is a 2.0 HDI 16V 120BHP, with the engine code RHK, i was wondering can i fit an engine with an alternate code comfortably in it's place if i have all the peripherals swapped over from my old one, or can i even get away with some of that if the new engine comes with some accessories?

the RHK just seems way too much money, so obviously i'm looking at more common cheaper alternatives like the RHR RHT etc
