To be fair its not like they run you through the basics of a car when you get a license(maybe country depended), you feel better now after your silly comment.

In saying that I think it would be wise for every new driver to get a crash course on the basics of a vehicle cause I am sure we have all seen and heard plenty of silly things from other drivers.

Well, there is nothing with me to deal, deal it yourself if you want. I stand by what I said. This is so basic and what can you except in the traffic from such driver? He can not recognize ordinary plastic cap and if it is safe to drive without it? How he will recognize all the challenges during the driving?

HI chaps.......lets just leave it as 'a member has asked a question' and an answer has been given...we're all here to help not critisise others for their lack of knowledge or skills...so on that note this 'thread' is closed .
