As an engineer i can tell you everything is possible but those videos are really something. He did't tell to anyone how he did that and i don't know if it is a scam or not. Any ideas ?

Yes, it is possible, why not? It's not hard to implement something like that these days at all. The question is why is (if are) hidden from us? On the other hand, there is a suspicious bundle of wires on the floor, passenger side. Second clip, 4th sec.

Likely not oem equipment as originally supplied. Guess if you are prepared to spend enough you can do pretty much anything with available aftermarket items.

looks completely fake to me.

the 208 (SMEG unit) has something called Mirascript which allows you to create you own themes on the headunit. Like literally change any text / image / colour so what you see on the headunit is possible.

But the screen behind the steering wheel looks completely wrong. You can see the frame wobble if you pay attention the very second the video starts. Certainly the bit behind the wheel is fake, and not very convincing once you have seen what i mean.
