Is there a way to default the car to drive in ECO mode?

I quite like the eco mode. Its enough performance and the consumption is decent.
Is there a way to default the car to drive in ECO mode? It would be nice if I don't have to change the setting every time I start the car.

Sadly not. I got used to start the car and immediately select Eco.

I have seen cars where it would mistakenly default to eco or sport, one of them, can't remember which, but the dealer was able to change it to default to normal with Diagbox.
