Hi, I'm wondering if anyone knows of anyone who does the walnut blasting to clean the carbon off the intake valves. I live in Barnsley South Yorkshire.

What engine is it on??

Issue with bmw places is the tool the use normally doesn't fit the tiny access the Peugeot have.

Main dealer can do it, but it's 5 hours labour with them at their prices.

There is a place north of Coventry called SP Tuning that do it for 290 I think

We used to do it via this method on the 207 THP engine, pain staking and back breaking method! And very time consuming.

Search for a place that specialises in BMW walnut blasting. Been done on those cars for years now!
Yes I may have too its the design flaw of the 207 thp engines it's ridiculous but love the car so can't give up on her lol

Finally got the intake valves walnut blasted at PMP cars Nuneaton Leicester £200 which includes vat and new seals. The difference is amazing no more hesitation and the power regain is awesome pulls Like it should. They were pretty bad as can be seen in pictures
