2002 206, when I push the hazard warning button, the relay clicks away at the normal rate, but no lights flash. If I try to indicate left or right turn, I get rapid clicks (as though one globe was out) but no indicators work. I have checked all the fuses: all are in place and intact. Everything else is working, the car runs well.
Can anyone help or tell me what might be wrong.

Not sure, but hazard and normal might use different relays, with the hazard being a non-load sensitive one (thus keeping normal pace no matter how many bulbs are connected).
That neither gives you any bulbs lighting makes me suspect a wiring issue somewhere central.

Do the green indicators in the instrument cluster flash?

No, they didn't. But I tried a resync yet again, and suddenly they are working correctly. But now the damned remote/central locking won't work, even after several attempts to recode the PLIP.
