Got tired fitted yesterday, and all was well.
Had a mate in the back of the car today, and scrape scrape scrape.
I got 45 profile indeed instead of 40!
The tire is rubbing on the rear of the arch liner. There is a bit that stands proud, and it is this that they're rubbing on.
I'm not sure if I should modify the liner, or get some more tires the right size and cut my losses on selling the ones I got. It's going to be painful to the wallet if I do that.
I cannot believe I ordered the wrong size. I don't know what I was thinking.
Anyone want some Michelin Pilot Sport 3's with about 10 miles on them lol?

Get the correct tyre. An expensive lesson you won't need to take twice!.

Roger.
Ordered.
A VERY expensive mistake indeed.
I am hoping that I will be able to sell the 45's for close to what I paid so as to recoup as much money as I can. I had to borrow it off my parents :(
