I too was curious about theoretical max range, and decided to do a quick and rough test. I went out for a few test drives, keeping the speed constant for a few kilometers or, for the lower speeds, a few minutes. I used roads that were reasonably flat but certainly they weren't super close to level and had some smooth and minor ups and downs. I then recorded on the run the car's average kWh/100km function, assumed 50 kWh available energy and calculated the theoretical range. Of course, real range for average driving is a completely different question. It would be interesting to see corresponding results with summer tires though, and results where effects of inclines and declines are better controlled.
