1.6 HDI 110 DV6TED4 DPF removed but still regenerating

Hi,
I am hoping someone will be able to help me, I have been modifying my 1.6 HDI 110 and I have had the DPF removed Physically and on the ECU but it is still regenerating. The car does not show any fault codes and still goes like a train but every 60 miles the regeneration process is completed. I have taken it back to the mappers a couple of times and they can't get to the bottom of it :nono:. I have removed the eolys tank and the pressure sensors but still no luck. Please HELP
Cheers guys

Tell them there's a switch at the start of the map like a VW , a simple remap/dpf off on that engine is not enough ,
Pp won't do it either , I had this problem on my 407 1.6hdi ,
If they are good enough they'll know what I'm talking about
