Help -307 Passenger Side Foot Wells Wet!

Hi guys

I wonder if anyone else has had this problem. I have a 52 Reg 307 HDI and have loved it upto recently when I have discovered myself steaming up.

I have noticed for the last couple of weeks that my passenger side foot well and the front and back of the car is seriously taking in water. I aqua vacuumed the water out to touch dry at the weekend and left the car standing on the drive. Got in this morning and the footwells front and back are sodden again!

Any ideas?

Do you have a sun roof? its possible that it might be the seels are starting to perish, possibly even the door seels. It would be worth your while to check them out. :)
ive heard a few things about 307s - and passengers footwell getting lots of water in it

There are 2 simple solutions:

Give the carpet a very good clean - incase its mould or something simular

and 2 -- Check all the conditioning things are in good working order - exuse my terminology im only a woman ! x
Possibly the heater matrix its not unheard of for there to be a problem with it.
if for any reason there was any work done on the inside if the doors, i.e window winders , then the plasti cover seal was broken and has to be replaced otherwise every tome it rains it will run down the window into the door and onto the carpet, if you open the door after rain and notice the top of the sill on the inside wet this is the cause , about £20-£30 to replace.:jedi:
