Hi everybody,
My car is a 406 HDI 90 estate 2000(X Reg) and has developed abad vibration from the rear at high speeds (in excess of 60 mph) can any boby help.
Im thinking wheel bearing maybe?

Would have thought if it was wheel bearing you'd notice it all the time apart from when crawling not just 60+mph.

As Gibbo has already mentioned check wheels aren't buckled and that they are balanced. Also condition of tyres I've seen tryes go out of shape before and cause the ride to be terrible

Rear track arms on 406's are prone to failure.

I will start by getting the Wheels and tyres checked and balanced and see where it goes from there.
