I have a 16 plate 108 and when making a call using the hand free, the person I’m calling can hardly hear me even if I shout. The in car volume is fine and I’ve turned up the call settings volume as far as they’ll go. Is there a way to fit an additional microphone or is this a common issue? Thanks

If it has just started then I would try deleting the phone from the head unit and re pair it as this can sometimes clear configuration faults.

If its an ongoing issue I would also look for obvious faults like someone has fitted a dash cam or similar in the past and dislodged the mike or similar
